I am working on my cross stitch pieces in a rotation based on the one found here. I really liked that article, but after trying to follow its instructions for a rotation, I realized that trying to keep track of hours was too rigid and stressful for something that was supposed to be relaxing, and that knowing I had to keep track made me more reluctant to stitch. Without a rotation, though, I found that I never got anything done. So I finally settled on a sort of compromise: I do a rotation more or less as described in that article, but instead of counting hours, I use weeks. I work on each project for a week and then move on to the next.
These are the pieces in my rotation at the moment:
Eleni's Quilt Square: Peace Rose
Blue Bell Sampler Accent (Periwinkle Promises)
